Booking Policy

Please read our resort and booking policy before making a reservation.

Check-in/Check-out Time

Standard check-in time is 1400 hours (2:00p.m.) while check-out time is 12 noon.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

Children Policy

All children under 10 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Payment

We require full payment to guarantee your reservation with us. Unless stated as part of your reservation, additional items such as (but not limited to) the cost of extra bed or towels, meals/drinks, laundry service and outgoing telephone calls are not included in the room rate paid.

We have partnered with PAYPAL to process all card payments in our website. If you are unsure of your booking, please do not proceed as we will not accommodate cancellations due to change of mind. 

Kindly note too that we do not accept third party payments. Cardholder must be a registered guest. 

Security Deposit

We require a security deposit of Php1,000 upon check-in to cover incidental charges i.e. lost remote control, keys, damaged facilities, stained towels, pillows, blankets, sheets, smoking violation, etc.. Any unused deposit will be refunded upon check-out. 

Cancellation/Modification of Reservation/No Show

All bookings made through this website are non-refundable.

If you wish to modify your reservation, please write us at reservations@bluefinsresortcebu.com.

In case of no-show, the total price of reservation is non-refundable.
